This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

Four of us came for a Valentines Day meal though it wasn't our first time at the restaurant. My sea bass was exceptional as were the creamy potatoes served with it. The vegetables were good but I would have liked some more of them. When we asked for bread we were served delicious hot rolls. Our waitress, Kelsey, was effectient, smiling and friendly and served us well. I noticed other tables received a Valentine chocolate at the end of meal. We did not get this, which would have topped off our meal beautifully. We will come b... read more
I was told to try the corn cakes, it was really delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The service was great, me and my fiance went there for Valentine's can't wait to go back soon lol
A wonderful dining experience. I took my lovely girlfriend for a Valentines Day dinner. We were met with a courteous and hospitable hostess, who seated us promptly. The waitress arrived quickly, introduced herself and took our drink order. We soon after placed our appetizer order (bacon wrapped shrimp) and our dinner order. I had the special (surf and turf....the surf being scallops) and my lovely had the cedar planked salmon. The appetizer was good but the entrees were excellent. My scallops were perfectly seasoned and cook... read more
I've been coming to PCG for years because the chef is always coming up with elegant, interesting, yummy, perfectly prepared dishes; the place is not so noisy that you can't have a conversation; they have comfortable tables; and a great wine list. You'll never have wilted lettuce in your salad. Everything is cooked to perfection. Often the wait staff leaves you in peace, although sometimes they're too attentive for my tastes. Highly recommend it.
As ALWAYS our dining experience was wonderful. Our waiter Connor made the entire evening a pleasure. Phoenix City Grille will always be number one for dining our.
Very good food and great service for our group of 10. Everyone had a great meal and enjoyed themselves.
Great selection of local produce prepared entrees. Presentation colorful. Ample portions. Good prepared fresh so not a rush to get food. Wait staff very helpful. Found recommendation on FB. Good place. Crowded even on a Wednesday!
We dined here Superbowl weekend and my out town guests loved it. Food was good. The service was a little slow but it could have been because it was packed that weekend. We will try it again.
The average restaurants in town are inconsistent with their food & service, but that's not the case with PCG! Great martinis, wine list and grilled salmon! Their friendly service staff are the tops! Highly recommended!
