We didn’t know what to expect! We went to the west side of town to see the phoenix symphony at the new Madison arts center. We got reservations the same day. Every other restaurant didn’t have any room. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted! They walked us through some of their bottles of wine and were surprised at the cost. I have loved PCG since the day they opened. One can always find delicious food there if you are a vegan, kosher or just a normal eater Last night I had Brussels sprouts as a side with my burger. They were fantastic and the chef kindly shared the recipe with me, coming over to our table to explain the process. I have never had a poor meal there. The workers are all pleasant and competent. My favorite restaurant in Phoenix.
