Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. We had the best meal we’ve had in a long time. I had the Alaskan halibut, and it was excellent. My husband had a short rib and raved about it, the bread pudding, and the chocolate torte or divine.

Good and service great. One flaw was that after drinking my glass of water it was never refilled.
This was our 1st time here, the cocktails were good, the ribeye was the best I've tasted in Phoenix!!
Dinner was great, my only complaint was that the dinner salad needed more vegetables besides lettuce. Also, we ordered bleu cheese dressing, which had very little bleu cheese in it, was more like ranch.
Food was outstanding, my first time here. I will be back!!vegetable player was amazing! Yum!
Small plates are perfect for a light lunch.
