This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. This is the second time we have been to this restaurant. The food is good and the waiting staff/waiter were very efficient and friend.y. The only thing I was not very happy was with the hostess. We made reservation for 5:15pm which is quite early and they gave us a very crappy table close to the restroom considering there were so many available tables and booth. I asked for a booth and she would not give it to us because the only available booths were for 4 people but there were about 6 available booths that were empty. Then... read more

The only complaint I have is that I made the reservation & as soon as we arrived, I let everyone know I wanted the check. It was a lunch to honor my late Mother. Even after arriving early to set this up, the check was given to our guest. I am not happy about this.

Very clean with slightly retro look. Lots of room and bar well separated from dining area. Bar and outside seating available. Service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely return.

I am a regular at this restaurant, however last night attending the restaurant week was a fantastic experience. The restaurant menu included an amazing spinach salad with feta cheese, pickled onions, bourbon soaked pears and pecans. The surf and turf were spectacular and to end the meal the dessert was peaches and cream, vanilla ice cream, with bourbon soaked peaches, caramel sauce and candied almonds. Spectacular.
