Wait is long. they have a board that tells you how long your wait is. when the max wait time hits, your name drops off the board even though you're still waiting. I speculate so they can say, wait is not as long as it was. Met with an APN who checked me out for 2 minutes and took 10 minutes to do the paperwork. By the time I finished, there were 5 people waiting. They have about 4-5 employees in the front. Not sure why when they have people waiting. I made a reservation online and the website told me the next available appointment was at 115pm. They texted me 20 minutes before 115pm and told me to check in. When I arrived, they told me it was a 30-40 minute wait. The drop ins ahead of me were given priority. If a walk in checks in 5 minutes ahead of you, they have priority over you. What?????Very misleading and I'm not sure what the point of having a reservation is if they put the walk ins ahead of you. We do try to get patients that reserved their time seen and treated as close to their allotted time as possible, but occasionally the severity of a walk-in patient will mean longer waits overall. Why schedule an appointment if walk-ins will still go before you. I had an appointment for 9:15, received a text saying they were running behind and my appointment time had changed to 9:35. Then another that they had changed it 10:22. I arrive at little after 10 and was told there are 2 walk-ins ahead of me and it'll be 1 1/2 hr wait time. Very disappointed, registered online to save time like the website states. We arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The check in board said it would be a 0-10 minute wait. The wait was actually an hour. They shouldn't advertise that you can reserve your place in line online.

Horrible Experience! Would not recommend! My mom had a Dr. with a ugly bedside manner. I decided to give it a try today because I thought I had strep. The nurses were great but the Dr. was just plain rude. After telling me I didn't have strep he sent me home telling me to gargle salt water and drink tea and honey...really doc.. My throat is killing me, I was up all night drinking tea and honey because I couldn't sleep...if I wanted a google exam I wouldn't have wasted my time coming to you! I like how friendly the staff is. Unfortunately, I have had to go in here quite a bit over the past month. I would give 5 stars, but there is one hangup I have with this place. I saw Dr. Vogt twice for two separate ailments about a month apart. Both times he seemed grossed out and inconvenienced by me. Poor bedside manner. I will not be comfortable being seen by him in the future.
