I saw it a doctor named Eva or she may have been a PA I'm not sure she was great and professional. I was seen so quickly. I got there at 2:30. I was seen immediately very professional. They gave me a chest x-ray 10 out of 10. I'll definitely come back again.

Came in here a few months ago, but the positive experience I had here still pops in my head often. Almost no wait on a Friday morning, loved that they have a parking lot for patients. What stood out the most, though, was the medical staff. My nurse/medical assistant, and PA Lindsey Ashley, made up one of the kindest and thorough medical encounters I've ever had - and I've had a LOT. Hmm mixed feeling about this place . The wait time was surprisingly short for a Friday night and the girl that checked my blood pressure and vitals was very friendly. My doctor who checked my concerns spoke very fast and kind of poked my eye with the ph strip paper for testing Hmm... while I sat inside the patients room I did have to wait a while bc my strep throat cotton stick didn't really work out The worst experience would be the front desk lady who I think are McDonald's and the wholeeeeee waiting area smelled of fast ... read more

I slipped on some ice and broke my ankle. They were able to see me with no wait at all. The doctors and staff were great! They took X-rays and put my foot in a splint. They were so friendly and helpful. So much better than waiting 5 hours at the ER! So glad this option exists!

I've been coming here for years and the staff has always been pleasant - maybe there were some off days at the front desk, but I try to be understanding of that given their line of work. Overall, everyone is super friendly and this is has good as I've seen urgent care in the city.

So grateful for how convenient and great this urgent care is! It was easy to schedule an appointment, register, and I was quickly seen. I like how they have you wait in the car so the waiting area isn't overcrowded. Staff here are friendly. The PA I saw was so nice and helpful. She followed up with me too

It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend Dr. Gazzi and her incredible staff at Physicians Immediate Care in Old Town to anyone seeking only the very best in healthcare. I got lucky. I stumbled across this facility a few years back when I came down with a common illness. I chose this Immediate Care out of convenience. It was close to where I live.
