Darius and Danny were great . I appreciate the help I got. I was given a follow up date (today, 2/16) and they’re not open yet online they’re advertised as open. Only complaint is if you’re going to close on a day you gave out follow up appointments then you need to contact every patient and let them know.
Absolutely unacceptable treatment by this urgent care clinic. I came in while experiencing severe physical pain, and instead of being treated with compassion and professionalism, I was dismissed, disrespected, and verbally harassed by both the provider (Jessica Bachman, PA) and the front desk staff. Had a great experience with Jessica Bachman. She was responsive and action oriented in helping me get better quickly! She listened thoroughly to my history and past experiences to ensure I would get the care that worked best for me.
Everyone at this urgent care was very welcoming and professional and efficient. Jessica answered all my questions and gave me the prescriptions needed to get better. I have the flu and was tested for flu and RSV. I am feeling a bit better today. But the staff was great, facility was clean and Jessica went out of her way to speak in detail about what I had.
I’ve been to a lot of urgent cares in my life that involved long wait times and unhelpful staff. The staff here was kind, efficient, and experienced. Made an appointment, arrived early, got immediately placed in a room, and had 3 stitches removed. Visit totaled out to 12 minutes, will be returning for any future needs.
