I’ve been to a lot of urgent cares in my life that involved long wait times and unhelpful staff. The staff here was kind, efficient, and experienced. Made an appointment, arrived early, got immediately placed in a room, and had 3 stitches removed. Visit totaled out to 12 minutes, will be returning for any future needs.
I have never had to wait at this clinic. The PAs and nurses are friendly and very informative. The care is extremely thorough. Asking questions ruling out unnecessary tests but leading to suggestions for treatment is why live the staff.
Really great experience here today. Visiting IL for a few months and had a very smooth visit with same day appointments booked on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and I was taken back immediately at my appointment time that I booked 20 minutes before I walked in. Highly recommend if you need an unexpected stop in to the doctor 👍
I don’t know how the reviews for this place are so positive. They billed me for services I did not have done at their facility and the billing department has not returned any of my calls. They responded to me only when I posted a public review on this forum, and even then did not respond to the email they told me to contact. They continue sending me bills in the mail all while ignoring that they’ve billed me for services I never had done at their facility. DO NOT COME HERE.
Great experience! I was in Chicago for the weekend and needed some medical care. Found this clinic, scheduled online, got in to see a doctor within 5 minutes, in and out within 20-25 minutes. Medical staff were very professional, helpful and even followed up with me after I got home. Definitely recommend.
