Visiting with the staff at WellCare was a very positive experience for me, in light of the fact that I was sick and needed to know asap that I wasn’t sicker than I thought. They were thorough in their assessments and performed all the tests I needed in a timely manner! I did not have to wait very long and the fact that I could walk to the facility was a definite plus!!
I’ve been to a lot of urgent cares in my life that involved long wait times and unhelpful staff. The staff here was kind, efficient, and experienced. Made an appointment, arrived early, got immediately placed in a room, and had 3 stitches removed. Visit totaled out to 12 minutes, will be returning for any future needs.
Really great experience here today. Visiting IL for a few months and had a very smooth visit with same day appointments booked on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and I was taken back immediately at my appointment time that I booked 20 minutes before I walked in. Highly recommend if you need an unexpected stop in to the doctor 👍
I have never had to wait at this clinic. The PAs and nurses are friendly and very informative. The care is extremely thorough. Asking questions ruling out unnecessary tests but leading to suggestions for treatment is why live the staff.
Great experience! I was in Chicago for the weekend and needed some medical care. Found this clinic, scheduled online, got in to see a doctor within 5 minutes, in and out within 20-25 minutes. Medical staff were very professional, helpful and even followed up with me after I got home. Definitely recommend.
