My son got a Covid test that was supposed to be free on 12/21/2021. Almost 2 years later I received a bill saying they had been trying to reach me without success and now I owe them money or they will call collections. I tried paying online and over the phone and both said my account didnt exist. Its nearly impossible to get someone on the phone so I dont have any way or resolving this. I will never go to this urgent care again. Horrible.

Late summer of '22, we went to the Wellnow Urgent care in *******, **. for covid check. Almost one year later we get a bill for $500.00. Why it took them nearly a full year to bill us, we never found out. We emailed them several times with no reply. We mailed them several letters with questions, again no reply. Tried to call them many times, what a waste of time that was. Each time was put on hold, the longest time was 40 minutes. I hung up. Staff are allowed to announce to other lobby patients what you are here being seen for. This is the second incident with staff involving the same thing. I don't want the rest of the lobby to know why I am here. Under the registration it says occupational medicine so I am unsure why they have to announce that I am here for a drug screen. Also some of staff's treatment of brown and black people is horrendous. I also on two separate occasions have been treated like less than that of a dog and the treatment is grotesque.

Their patient care is great but their billing practices should be investigated. My son visited them in March and then again in April, along with my Daughter. I received a bill in May for the March visit which I promptly paid. A few months go buy and I kept getting outstanding balance texts. We repeatedly contacted them asking for copies of the invoices for the later visits so we could pay them and they never sent. Awful! I have had Nothing but issues ** the Wellnow from a billing standpoint. The care received was great however I dont know that I would step foot in this urgent care again due to consistent poor billing practices. I brought both my children march/2022. Extremely poor wound care and overbilling me. 4 visits for a laceration on my thumb, with immediate numbness, that should have been 2 visits. 6/27 didn't pull skin out that was pushed in, put in 5, not 6 stitches, told come back 7-10 days and keep covered. 7/6 told should have been advised 13-days due to cut location and NOT to cover it. 7/10 my 5 stitches were removed, but the cut was still open, likely due to leaving skin in the cut on 6/27 causing bump below the cut, wound glued and steristriped. 7/15 glued again and fina... read more

My regular doctor’s office flooded last year so they told me I had to go to an urgent care for the issues I was having, I picked a Well Now in Garfield Hts, Ohio. I gave them my Medicaid Anthem insurance which they said they took. Months later I get a bill for $315 when my insurance should have covered the entire bill and that is according to my insurance company! My husband was stung multiple times by bees and used his pen but was having heart palpitations.we have been waiting week over 40 minutes to see a doctor. This is really crazy as this is on of the worst allergies you can have. This is the Wellnow Urgent care in Lorain Ohio

Scammed. Waited over 1 hour. Never saw a doctor. Was told "to be scheduled within 7 days" to ssee a Dermatologist. Never heard from them again until I was charged $185.
