Veterans you don't have to go there. This is garbage care to collect a quick fee. Go to the hospital, it's cover also you just have to notify the VA within 3 days of going.

This place is horrible! My wife was feeling very ill so we decided to go to this WellNow in ********* ** on 12/26/23 when we walked in 2 hours before closing we were told they were not seeing any more people. So they made us an appointment for 6:30 the next day (12/27) on the 27th around noon they called to cancel the appointment because they double booked so my wife and I decided to show up there at 4:30 so she can been seen and we were turned away again and they made another appointment for us today (12/28/23) for 7pm. After 1+ hours of waiting standing up, all the six (6) chairs were always taken. Instead of this location spending money on buying K-Cups and ****** machines, they should invest on getting more chairs for the patients that have no choice but to wait hours standing up.

I went to the ************, ** location in July for a ovarian cyst. I was given a pregnancy test that I did not want because the medical staff did not believe me, to then deny service and send me to the *** The doctor told me in July they did not have the imaging technology to help me and referred to their clinic and I quote as a "bandaid clinic". Two weeks ago I finally received a bill for the July visit for $450, ($50 for the test I did not want and $400 for an "outpatient visit" where I received no help). I called the bil... read more

Went to WellNow in ****** ** and they gave me a bunch of c*** about my insurance and told me they don't except it !! That I had to pay $165 to be seen or I was refused service ...so I came to a different WellNow in Clay ** and low and behold they excepted my insurance. So just bc your lazy and don't wanna do your job I have to drive 30 something miles to a different location??!! It's all a money game and this company/business needs to get there s*** together and find qualified people that actually want to do there job!!!

I was just at well now urgent care in ****** ** Yesterday to bring my sick one and a half year old. Got there 4:30 registered online, did everything I was supposed to and was told 7:30 is estimated time I would be seen. Waited for 3 HOURS WITH A SICK BABY WHO HAD A FEVER AND COUGH. WHEN I WAS LAST PERSON IN THE WAITING ROOM THEY TELL ME THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY INSURANCE. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL ME THIS HOURS AGOOOO!! Very unprofessional and seemed like they did not care. I called a year ago in regards to my visit on 4/23/22. After reviewing my billing summary I realized they ran a test that was unnecessary due to my medical history. The representative that I spoke to said she would have the charge removed from my statement. I paid the rest of my bill and didn't think any more about it. So I went in yesterday and they didnt have time to see me so I scheduled an appointment for today at 11:25. I get there and you guys are closed even though youre supposed to be open until 7 PM tonight seven days a week why did you have me waste a 40 mile drive to see you when no one is here I will never come back again and I will let everyone know that you guys are a joke
