I had sought medical attention at your facility,******, **, for an ear infection, rendering me temporarily unable to work. Subsequently, I needed a medical certificate for my workplace. On November 14, around 2:21 pm I called and I was advised to visit in person for on-site completion.Following this guidance, I visited on November 17, 2023, arriving just before 4:00 pm. I walked into this clinic today at 8:55am and no there was no receptionist or anyone to talk to, so I waited for over 10 minutes when someone finally come out. When she did she was rude and didnt seem to care that I had been waiting for her. She didnt even apologize. Thankfully I live in a huge city and have choices, so I left and was able to get professional assistance just a few miles away with happy friendly staff. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business.

if anyone is wondering why this location has a ****/ 5 for rating please look at the reviews and let me add a another negative. Iits 720 pm on Wed 11/15 and my wife went to *********** location. The doors were locked and my wife went to this location cause she had a cough and wheezing and coughing attacks. A latino line in nationality walked to the door and said "what do you want?" My wife explained and was told well we cant help you, we are full and only 1 doctor. keep in mind only 2 cars in the lot but they are supposedly ... read more

I have been sick and went to wellnow, the dr. asked if I was allergic to any medication I said yes Im allergic to penicillin. She then proceeded to tell me well Im gonna give you this medication but it has penicillin in it knowing 100% that I am allergic to it. Decide if I started to have a rash or going to anaphylactic to stop the medication.

My son got a Covid test that was supposed to be free on 12/21/2021. Almost 2 years later I received a bill saying they had been trying to reach me without success and now I owe them money or they will call collections. I tried paying online and over the phone and both said my account didnt exist. Its nearly impossible to get someone on the phone so I dont have any way or resolving this. I will never go to this urgent care again. Horrible.

Late summer of '22, we went to the Wellnow Urgent care in *******, **. for covid check. Almost one year later we get a bill for $500.00. Why it took them nearly a full year to bill us, we never found out. We emailed them several times with no reply. We mailed them several letters with questions, again no reply. Tried to call them many times, what a waste of time that was. Each time was put on hold, the longest time was 40 minutes. I hung up. Staff are allowed to announce to other lobby patients what you are here being seen for. This is the second incident with staff involving the same thing. I don't want the rest of the lobby to know why I am here. Under the registration it says occupational medicine so I am unsure why they have to announce that I am here for a drug screen. Also some of staff's treatment of brown and black people is horrendous. I also on two separate occasions have been treated like less than that of a dog and the treatment is grotesque.

Their patient care is great but their billing practices should be investigated. My son visited them in March and then again in April, along with my Daughter. I received a bill in May for the March visit which I promptly paid. A few months go buy and I kept getting outstanding balance texts. We repeatedly contacted them asking for copies of the invoices for the later visits so we could pay them and they never sent. Awful! I have had Nothing but issues ** the Wellnow from a billing standpoint. The care received was great however I dont know that I would step foot in this urgent care again due to consistent poor billing practices. I brought both my children march/2022. I had called about a bill in May 2022 and was told I had 0 patient responsibility. Noted and filed. One year later I got a bill and I thought jeez I better look at the *** thats from last year.
