We just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was for my husband and me to purchase our first ever new Ford. A Ford F150 Lariat fully loaded. The staff of Courtesy Ford were outstanding to say the least. They answered all of our questions and were extremely helpful in every step of the process. We left there knowing that we will come again to do business with a dealership that truly honors their word, David Butts you are the Best......Wally and Kim Helfinstine

Recommend you take pictures inspect your vehicles spent over $1000.00 on module in dash sat there a week on pickup leather seats was damaged they claim they wasnt on that side it wasnt there day it was dropped off. basically sorry man we didnt do it dunno how it happened and bye

BUYER BEWARE, SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My first experience with this dealership. Turned in 2023 ford F150 lease and leased 2025 F150 in May 2025. Part of the reason I choose Ford, is their "Blue Drive" (Hands Free Technology). 2 months after start of lease, I received notice from Ford that the "Blue Drive" technology ONLY CAME AS A # MONTH TRIAL! WOW, Guess I am lucky they didn't turn off the brakes or 4 wheel drive. I called the dealership to ask about issue. Was told that "Blue Drive" is now a subscription based. No discl... read more

Poor customer service. The service department is incompetent and creates issues when “repairing” vehicles. There is a rude woman in the finance manager position with a hat labeled bit** in her office. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. We have taken our ford vehicle to them SEVERAL times over 6 months for them only to tell us nothing was wrong but the vehicle stalls when starting. In mid 2024, I brought a 2023 Ford F150 in for a non-working front CV axle. The inside joint of the passenger side cv axle had a lot of play, and would rotate freely— the joint had separated somehow. The vehicle had never been off-road, nor had it been used in any type of recovery or towing situation. A pre-visit inspection showed absolutely no external damage to the cv axle or inner cv boot. had me drive 100 miles then offer $7500 less then they said and that all the other dealerships offered. after we talk on phone multiple times and sent pictures. Bunch of crooks and waste of time. Don't waste you're time.

I called this morning to ask for an appointment to get my Expedition serviced. I was told there was no wait come on in. When I got there 20 minutes later I was told there was a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait, so I waited…. 4 hours later my car was ready. I left went straight to academy sports just up the road. Pulled in and my skid plate fell off. They “forgot” to put the screws back in. You would think after waiting that long they would remember to screw the skid plate back on. Oil change department could definitely do better!
