Well this is my second time to leave a bad review. I had to delete my last one from last November to post this one. I will post it in the pictures. I’ll never do business with Courtesy again. We bought 2016 Chevrolet Traverse from them back in 2021. Multiple issues have occurred with this vehicle shortly about 6 or 7 months after having it. Paid $174 for you guys to diagnose my 2012 Ford F150 and it did absolutely Nothing for me. Attempted to charge me $1800 for a back ordered part that was the exact fix from what the dealership told me. Got the part from a Ford dealership back home and had a Good year mechanic replace it and it was not the issue. Had it towed so I would not drive it in its condition. I bought a truck back in October. My sales Rep Jenna was amazing. She’s the only reason I bought from Courtesy/Pine Belt to begin with. I realized my bank offered a lower priced GAP and I cancelled the GAP that was purchased through them and submitted all forms. The GAP company Cancelled the policy next day and mailed the funds back to Courtesy on 11/09. The GAP company sent proof that courtesy has cashed the check or they’d just send it back to me directly. They should have negative stars. There is no customer service or warranty once they complete a service. You can drop it off and never know when you’re getting it back or fix it yourself on your dime! Service manager won’t even return a call.

First of all, I LOVE my car. However, this is the second vehicle I have purchased within one year and BOTH have had repeated issues. My first Ford Expedition had issues weeks after I paid cash for it. While I’m a rental expedition I decided I liked it better so we traded it in and got the expedition max. I absolutely love it. I have bought several vehicles in past years 2 of them being Fords. Courtesy has the Worst Service Dept I have ever dealt with. Very rude and disrespectful! I can guarantee after they fix the problem which was a recall they screwed up on I will never buy another vehicle from them!!!! They have been reported to Ford!

Service department manager is a joke. He is very unprofessional and very unconcerned about making things correct!

The communication between the service rep and myself has been poor. I have tried to reach her for three days. Need a part for my vehicle and I realize the weather caused delays. Will have my vehicle fixed elsewhere. The above part did not need to be replaced. Today, a parts person tried to program a new remote and messed up the locks that worked before. I won’t return. Very disappointed with my experience.

I would NOT ever recommend this place!! I brought my perfectly running vehicle in to have some recall things fixed (they wasn’t causing issues) since I got letters from ford to do so. Got it there they sent me home with my steering wheel up and down to go straight, vehiclie was serving all over the road and a warped hood (supposed to have been a new they replaced mine with) took it back done an alignment put another hood on. Got it back still swerving all over the highway and stick in steering wheel! Took it back a third tim... read more
