i brought my 2013 ford explorer to get warranty work done was told once needed a engine and turbo then a week later needed a timing set and turbo wastegate tune up oil pan gasket etc. asked service writer if they cleaned it off before checking he said no so i decided to pick it up and do the work myself as i used to be a full time auto tech myself they saod blue smoke was fuel and i know thats oil it also had a turbo performance code so my first logical guess was turbo bad so i get it home and simply pull the turbo tube off ... read more
If you buy at this dealership get ready for the arm twisting hard sell to be put on you to buy warranty insurance and all other types of insurance. Will never go back for this reason. Everyone was extremely nice except at the end while signing documents
I’m from Birmingham Alabama and was trying to buy a vehicle from them. Communicated with a salesman all week, and decided to buy on Friday. Communicated with the salesman and told him my intentions. I told him I was on my way to buy the car. About half way there, I get a call saying they sold the car, and they had the audacity to say they have other cars I could look at. Don’t buy from these guys , I was pre approved to pay 200 dollars less a month then what they quoted me for a 1500 dollar down payment difference and they don’t want to negotiate sales prices ! Aggressive jerks looking to rip people off who don’t do their homework .

We purchased a vehicle yesterday from Courtesy Ford and the experience was great!! Our salesman was Rex and he was very professional and cordial. Rex was kind, honest, and worked very diligently to work out a deal that both parties could agree on. I would highly recommend all my friends to give Courtesy Ford a chance and ask for Rex!!! If they ask you to put down a "good faith"" deposit, don't !! They are the only dealer I know of that if you don't work a deal out on the vehicle they will keep the deposit. They got me for $200 and tried to use the excuse that they had turned other customers away.....If they did then they need to learn the business better. You never turn a buyer away. You should say that someone is looking at the vehicle and if the deal falls through then you will call them........I think it was just their excuse to keep my money....Run... read more
