Nikki Tebo the nightmare. My Bronco had recalls. I called PBF around 3 weeks ago to schedule a repair. I made sure to let the employee to know that if it was something that could be done within a day between 8am and 5pm I could bring it by, if not I would have to wait for my husband to return to MS to have a ride for drop off/pickup. No biggie either way. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the vehicle would be ready by 3pm and if the second recall was necessary - my vehicle could be picked up and returned to Richton.... read more
