great company does everything they said it would saves money on electric bill, kept home running when power went out because of a storm and my husbands oxygen machine keep on working all night didn't even know the power went out until we woke in the morning. The people who we have had contact with are friendly and knowledgeable. Generic battery keeps us informed about what we are using and selling back to electric company. very happy we went with them.
Our experience with PowerHome is with mixed feelings. We are glad that we have gone solar but should have done more research . Our decision to add solar panels to our home was due to power outages and reduced energy costs. The pressure sale, now that we look back, should have alerted us. Service was on time and very professional, and tech's knowledgeable.
The initial install went bad. Failed County Inspection 3 times. The 2nd and 3rd crew we're professional but the work still was not completed correctly.
They did a good job. They explained the process. Answered all questions.
