My sales woman ****** was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When I had questions, she always had answers I understood. The installation crew was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. The length of the process was quick and efficient. They stayed with the project giving me updates frequently and did exactly what they said they would! Would recommend anyone looking for Solar to a Powerhome!

I had a meeting with a sales rep from Springfield and didnt know I actually would meet my biggest advocate. Lorelle was honest, transparent, and I felt like I was dealing with family. She helped with my electric company and other items that she didnt have to. Her support staff was there and responsive any time we had a question or needed assistance. The hired installers didnt stick to the plans provided. Thats very important that they dont sway from the skematics drawn up by the power companys computers

My system works as designed and I'm quite happy with it. The only issues I have had is that at the time of purchase/installation, I was informed that my roof was still good, but would probably need replacement in 5 years or so. They told me that they could replace it then or that they could come back out and remove the system so that the roof could be done at a later time. I did not want the added cost of a roof on top of the Solar purchase at the same time, so I said we'd wait on the roof. I was never told that there would ... read more

Powerhome solar has so far done everything they said they would. **** has been a blessings in helping with all my questions. Any issues I have had which has only been 1 so far he has worked to get fixed as fast as possible. I have never had to wait hours or days to hear back from them. I would definitely recommend using them.
