I called about a roof leak from the solar panels and PHS was very responsive on correcting the issue.

Powerhome Solar has been absolutely great! They have followed up after the sale and did a great job on install. I have had my panels for 1.5 years now and have no complaints and highly recommend them to do your solar project!

I had .very pleasant experience with the workers and the salesman. The salesman was very helpful in showing how to use the system he even came back during install and came over to make sure system was operating correctly when I called him. He went way out of his way to help me. I can't say enough about the young lady in charge along with the install crew. They had seven people here . The job was done in one day. They left at five PM.

Have had absolutely zero issues with this company!!!When I was contacted about my communications through 3g cell service was going to be cut off, I called the company and they rectified the situation in no time with a new 4g device at no cost to me.

I need to be able to talk to someone when I am having a problem. It took me two weeks to get in touch with someone this time. I lost two weeks of producing power.

At this point in our installment we are quite pleased. We had an issue with our roof prior to the install of the solar panels and it took time to get our roof issue fixed. Powerhome worked with us without pressure and as soon as the roof was fixed we had the guys from Powerhome here to install our solar panels. We are now waiting on the inspector to check things out and turn us onto electric/ solar.
