They were amazing at correcting any issues that arrose! In ********, we deal with a lot of road construction. Our roads deteriorate fast. We are used to being rerouted when small bumps become potholes so roads can be repaired. Small bumps are no big deal. My experience with this company was not without small bumps. I understand you are short staffed for techs at the moment in ********* so a two-week time to replace items which another company deemed unworthy is commendable. I would NOT have expected this quick of service a year ago. It really speaks volumes of the hard work you guys are putting into customer support! If I may make a few suggestions, please change the techs outfits, from black to white, these guys are sweating like crazy. I had 14 panels and a 9kw battery backup installed on my home. Very professional installation. My unit over the past 2 weeks has been working very well. In the night sun today I saw it peak at **** Kw. I canned mode from clean backup to self power until the power company can inspect and allow me to sell to the grid. This allows the battery back up to power my home when the panels can't until it reaches 30%. At that point it switches to the grid. The next day the panels per my home and replenish my battery. While we had a few hiccups along the way. They were addressed in a timely fashion. Im up and running 2 months prior to what we were expecting and told. Communication is the key success. I couldnt be more happier with my system. I had a full cabinet of batteries installed only smart way to go. 3/4 of my home is backed up including water heater, a/c and gas furnace. Never worried of being cold in the winter or hot in the summer due to power outages. I know they have some shady salesman (ps all companies do) but our salesman **... read more

The sales process and install were good, friendly and on time. When I asked the installation team about the insulation in the attic, they gave me some reason they could not do it. I called later and they sent another team to do the insulation. Also, shortly after installation the system lost internet connectivity and it will take 3 weeks for someone to look at that.

I'm more than happy with the service, the technicians that hooked up the panels did a great job they put in a lot of time more time than the average worker, knowledgeable and friendly, right now at this moment I have no complaints

The installers arrived early and git right to work. The were very efficient and pleasant to talk with. Everything was explained as to the operation of the equipment. I give the 5 stars all around!!

The only problem I had was with the crew who installed the solar panels on my roof. They were not careful on my metal roof and damaged a number of my what are called snowbirds, they are used to keep snow and ice from sliding off the roof. They used them as footholds and a number of them were pulled up and one was laying in my yard. However, PowerHome sent 2 technicians to my house and repaired the problem which should have never happened. Other than that, so far no problems.
