it took several appointments to diagnose the problem and then wait for parts. But techs Orlando and Joe are pleasant and want to finish the job to the customer's satisfaction

Very satisfied. Orlando and Joe arrived on time. They worked efficiently and professionally. It was obvious that they work well together. They quickly identified the problem, concluded that the problem did not require replacement of a major part, within minutes returned from the truck with the correct item.
