Pleased with the work but I’m disappointed that I was told they would fit me in before the holidays and they didn’t. I even asked to schedule an me in for an appointment before Christmas Eve in case the part came in and when it did they didn’t have time for my job after waiting over 3 weeks for the part to come in.

Hello Joeleen. I do apologize that it didn't work on in your favor the way that you would've wanted. Try to understand that the part came in around noon on 12/23 and we were giving our employees off on 12/24. There was too much uncertainty that it wasn't going to arrive in time to give you a tentative appointment. It's obviously a very busy time of the year and generally we want to be scheduling folks that we know with certainty we can get their repair completed.
