5 star rating for my experience getting my microwave repaired. Very professional, timely, and courteous. Because the service repairmen do not carry parts for my Dacor microwave (they need to be ordered), I dropped my microwave off at their location (an hour drive away). They called to let me know what the problem was, ordered parts and repaired it in a timely manner. And they called to let me know they would deliver it to me rather than me picking it up, saving me 2 hours driving time.

The response from the office was excellent. Sam, our technician is extremely knowledgeable - our oven is top of the line - and too expensive to have inexperienced people working on it. He diagnosed and fixed the oven quickly and expertly. I recommend Sterling without any hesitation. As a professional chef working from home I feel confident to put in my appliances in Sterling's hands.
