I had accidentally canceled my appointment for next week and called back within 15 minutes and explained what I had done but that slot was already filled!! After speaking with me they knew that I really wanted to see Dr Roffwarg as he was the one I saw originally. The representative connected me to triage so that I could get worked in. After speaking with the Doctor himself, where normally they would fit me in, he refused!!
