The check in was fi e. No complaints The med history with nurse (?) Was fine. She was friendly, personable. The exam (?) With the dr was very unimpressed. He was definitely not interested in my condition. Spoke down to me.

Rushed me out as quick as possible.
Got there 30 minutes early for.appointment and waited over 30 minutes past appointment time at 1: 40. Usually we get right in. I went to the front seat to see how much longer we had to wait and she looked on her check-in time on the computer and had failed to copy our papers to the office nurse so.we could.be seen. Receptionist stated we will be next to see Dr. Day. We have never had to wait that long past our appointment time.

Went in early and we were fortunate to get in early! Front 2 women at check in was really sweet. The woman sitting on her own facing the wall was extremely rude to every patient. She was African American and I wanted to tell the doctor but didn't want to look racist. She should NOT be dealing with the public, especially those having to go to the doctor! She was rude to me and everyone else that went to her. She called over one lady and I tried telling her to wait for one of the others. My mother and I were both there for ch... read more
Waited 50 min in waiting room. I mentioned to nurse. Said they were short staffed! While I was in room, could hear staff talking about lunch in hallway. I guess my time has no value?

Patricia Scott I was in a panic. I googled skin conditions that I was having....don't do that. One site told me I'd be dead in 5 months...yes, that was something to panic over. I went to 3 Dermatology offices expressed my fears, told them i didn't need a 2 hour appt, just a consultation could put me at ease. First appt available, October.
