Sat in waiting area an hour and watched the receptionist take other patients that had later appointment times than mine. Finally challenged her on and had to argue but proved my point. When I finally was taken back the nurse wanted to argue that my last visit was 2.years ago. She insisted.her records were correct but they weren't. Shouting match ensued at which time I began to walk out when Valerie came in and vouched I was her patient. Visited last fall. Other than the PA'S and one assistant the other two are.inept at best... read more

Appointment at Pinnacle Dermatology is very uncomfortable. It is not easy taking your clothes off & freezing for 20-30 minutes while waiting for the Doctor. It feels 20 below in the room. Also, there is no privacy room to undress in & they walk in on you while you are undressing.

I was left in the room after being seen and told they were just going to grab a few samples and they would be right back. 20 minutes went by and I had to come out of the room to find someone to help me. Turns out I was forgotten about and no one was working on getting any samples and just left me in there. Makes me wonder how long I would have sat in there if I never came out on my own to find someone.

Procedure was ok but would not go that route again Painful.too many bed clothes soiled.would use radiation type if there is a next time.
If I didn't have to wait 35 minutes with very little clothes on it would have been a 10.
Filling out the kiosk was dumb. We are old people and the thing timed out. We had to start all over again from the beginning. Why would this be timed? Stupid! Went to the desk person 5 times because I couldn't figure it out. The desk person that doesn't matter, we already have that information, I'll clear that for you. Your programmer definitely does not live in the normal world today!
