I had to wait over one and a half hours to see a doctor. That is way to long. Doctor was very good.

The PA was one I had not met before. She proceeded to tell me that my rash was because my blood sugar was too high. She lectured me about the dangers of diabetes. Mind you, I am 69 years old. Also, she did all this from the opposite side of the room having never looked at my rash. I always assumed a dermatologist should probably look at a rash to diagnosis it, guess not. Too long wait. Appointment 3:15. Arrived 2:40 more than 15 min early. Not seen till 3:30 or 3;35 and only after I complained about the long wait. Once seen, was done with exam in few minutes. There was no respect for my time. Appointment was made Oct 2024.

Horrible experience ! Did not do a thing to help me. !! Came home frustrated. Will never ever go back to that practice. My first survey should be deleted. This one is the truth

A dermatologist that doesn't do any type of chemical peels or advance procedures for scars Not sure if it was jus6 because of my insurance but was willing to pay out of pocket. Not giving even that consideration, just nothing for me at a dermatologist my reconstructive doctor recommended to be able to help. There was zero effort to help

The nurses and doctor or great but there's been a big change the last 7 months since they've been bought out they don't have time to spend with their patients which I think is sad you're going to lose good people that work there

I encountered a horrible experience with this doctor's office! The doctor whose name is David Patterson was very very unprofessional,rude and disrespectful! He talked to me with a very unpleasant tone he did not listen to my concerns at all period!!! And one of the Medical Assistants was much better. He had no bedside manner as a doctor and I felt very uncomfortable and awkward! The MA had given me a gown and told me to undress before she left the exam room and I did as I was told. I was trying to tell you how I got the mole but you did not want to listen to me I will get you back some how after I get the stitches out I will close you down

Front office staff was great, nurse practitioner was great. The doctor, Jessica, was extremely rushed. She didn't mention two very large and visible scars on my body even though this was my first appointment with her. She talked down to me, suggesting my previous diagnosis might have been misdiagnosed. It's one thing to be efficient, as most doctor's offices now have to be. It's another to be rushing, and miss things.
