The appointment was totally rushed! The nurse was told what medications were being called in for me...not me. And when I tried to ask questions I was basically ignored by the doctor. I even had to ask the doctor what she was doing due to my issue being on my back and I couldn’t see anything... it wasn’t until I asked that she finally told me. My mother is 80 years old. She has received multiple invoices from Pinnacle Dermatology beginning fifteen months after the date of service. She called twice to clarify/dispute the bill, but Pinnacle refused to respond. I am a licensed Illinois attorney. I sent two letters demanding an explanation and requesting that Pinnacle stop sending these invoices to my mother. The only problem I had is why is there no direct phone number for the Hill Rd., Flint office? Why do I want to leave a message for somebody in Chicago or wherever. Also more social distancIng. All of my doctor appointments recently, you wait in your car and get called in. I was not comfortable sitting with five other people in the waiting room.
I saw Dr. Longo. Her assistant was super nice and friendly, however Dr. Longo seemed tired and sad. I couldn’t really tell what was going on because of the mask. It was a weird vibe. She talked fast and quiet so I couldn’t really understand what she was saying about my conditions.

My mohs appt witty dr Ecker was great however hindsight I would have wished would have sent me home with an antibiotic. I ended up with an infection and had to pay another copay to see a PA ( who was very nice) and get an antibiotic. Then left multiple messages to get results and then when was left a message I tried to call back and had to leave another message and still don’t know what type of staph infection. Very frustrated

The doctor came in look at my skin so fast. l didnt even get a chance to talk about some concerns I had. The doctor was in the room maybe 5 minutes. I had skin cancer before I felt like she was in a hurry and didn't even look at the paperwork they have you fill out what a joke bye bye. Terrible visit & a waste of my time won't go back there.

Filling this out for Lee who had Mohs surgery on July 29. He was very satisfied with how everything was handled with his surgery. Very good explanations as what was happening and post surgery care.
It had been a busy morning there so my appointment was delayed but when I was taken to the room, I felt the staff took all the time that was needed to take care of the surgery on my face.
