I saw Dr. Loven and he is always such a pleasure. He checked me over real good and I got a good report. I'm not so crazy about Pinnacle but I like the staff there very much. Great bunch of people, thank you Dr. Loven and all of the staff.

The only reason it was not 5 stars is that I didn't get seen until 40 minutes after my apt, things happen that can easily push the schedule behind I completely understand that, had someone just touched base and communicated to me that, hey... we are running a bit behind.. but we will be with you shortly.. it would have felt better to me while I just sat waiting.
