The only reason it was not 5 stars is that I didn't get seen until 40 minutes after my apt, things happen that can easily push the schedule behind I completely understand that, had someone just touched base and communicated to me that, hey... we are running a bit behind.. but we will be with you shortly.. it would have felt better to me while I just sat waiting.
