Dr. Loven and his staff were wonderful. The office is very nice, well organized, and calming.
I was very nervous about having 6 biopsy and your nurse was great.
As usual top notch treatment.
The only reason it was not 5 stars is that I didn't get seen until 40 minutes after my apt, things happen that can easily push the schedule behind I completely understand that, had someone just touched base and communicated to me that, hey... we are running a bit behind.. but we will be with you shortly.. it would have felt better to me while I just sat waiting.
Not a long wait. Very friendly people and very helpful. Doctor was very nice and listened when I talked.
The nurse practioner I saw was awesome! Very cordial and knowledgable.
Identified all issues and corrected them. Answered my questions and put me at ease. Highly recommend Pinnacle.
