Within a week, he found the exact car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in my price range. He truly cares about his customers needs and wants. SALESMAN WAS LACKING IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. SALESMAN WAS LACKING IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN CONTACT WITH. ADDY WAS GREAT! SHE WAS THE REASON I CLOSED DEAL. LINDA IN FINANCE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL. CAR WAS DELIVERED A FEW DAYS LATE AND JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT. DRIVER ADMITTED THIS WAS HIS FAULT.

I had a great experience with the sales manager and the I had a great experience with the sales manager and the sales associate Jay. They all worked together well and had me and my toddler out sooner than most dealerships that I purchased from in the past. Everyone isn’t perfect but everyone that I encountered at Pinnacle were pleasant and helpful.
