I really liked that the dealership was able to get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time with the purchase of our new Nissan Altima. I owe all that to the Sales Rep Reggie Poindexter.

SALESMAN WAS LACKING IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN CONTACT WITH. ADDY WAS GREAT! SHE WAS THE REASON I CLOSED DEAL. LINDA IN FINANCE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL. CAR WAS DELIVERED A FEW DAYS LATE AND JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT. DRIVER ADMITTED THIS WAS HIS FAULT.

I had a great experience with the sales manager and the sales associate Jay. They all worked together well and had me and my toddler out sooner than most dealerships that I purchased from in the past. Everyone isn’t perfect but everyone that I encountered at Pinnacle were pleasant and helpful.
