Good service experience Recently took my Altima in for service at Pinnacle Nissan. This was my first time there. My service consultant (Joey) was extremely friendly and customer focused. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail and prioritized what should be done. It took a little longer than expected to complete everything but it was a very positive experience overall.
Great dealership with great service! Came in today and left with something very special! The people that helped were amazing! Martin Dominguez is the man I would recommend for assistance.

Allow for Time The service is first rate and they will accommodate on appointments. If you stay/wait it can take a while even for routine items. Plan accordingly.

Thanks Mitch!! Finance Department Ricky - was very unprofessional, unfriendly when inquiring extra charges would not explain...shady and demeaning. If not for horrible experience in finance I would recommend Nissan Pinnacle. Maybe different finance staff person.

My first experience was great. Received a complimentary oil change and rotated my tires and gave me a tutorial as to how to use some of the technology in my new car. All very friendly, quick, and patient. I would recommend this dealership.;
Positive car buying experience! I gave them a budget and they stuck as close to it as they could while getting me what I wanted. They also entertained my 3 kids while did paperwork and finalized the deal. They have earned my continued business in the future !
