Great experience! I was very happy to be paired with Jenni Brown! She was fun, low key, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I ended up with the exact right car for me. The negotiation process with the sales manager Danny Luis was fair and he was good at resolving an initial misunderstanding with another sales person. I also thought the finance guy, Cameron, was very personable and efficient. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend working with Jenni at Pinnacle Nissan!

Got me the vehicle that I wanted, at a price I could afford. I actually went there with a specific vehicle in mind. The team didn't pressure me to choose any other vehicle, and got my transaction processed without too much time wasted.

2017 Altima purchase I would like to thank Igor our salesman in sales for is excellent service and great skills at finding the car I really liked. At first we were could not find the car we like but Igor went out of his way to provide great customer service from start to finish! Even after we took delivery of the car we had a minor issues and Igor corrected the problems with the car due too a minor issue and we were back on the road after the repairs were completed.
