The service rep was good. The service rep was good. The people who worked on my truck didn’t tighten the oil plug and it leaked oil on my driveway. I was able to fix the issue and then I had a family emergency and had to leave town right after the service. I didn’t reach back out because all I would have gotten was a “We are sorry about that” response.
