Mike King went the extra mile for me! Came and jumped my truck!🤩 I had a dead battery.I followed him back to Nissan, but expecting to pay too much but felt obligated since he drove over to help me It was 4;30 but they were able to replace the battery and then to my great surprise it was still under warranty! This is my third Nissan truck, love Nissan and Mike King is the GOAT of the service department!

Billy in service has been a huge blessing all throughout the needed repairs they’ve done for us. He is always making sure my vehicle is on the road safely all the while making sure not to break our bank account. We highly recommend Pinnacle service dept.
