Jordan was my service advisor. He was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Not pushing for services that can be held off for another time. He gave me a ball park time factor when my car would be completed and it was right on the mark. Kept me informed throughout the service.

I needed basic service. Oil change etc. Brakes were recommended for replacement last visit. Wes helped me. We reviewed past recommendations and asked he have techs inspect for any other needed maintenance.. That's exactly what was done. I sgreed to all and my car is back at 100 percent. I am ever impressed by and committed to the Pinnacle Nissan service team. First time Wes helped me he was top tiee. Thank you
