The service was great! My car was done at the time they said as I had a tight schedule on Wednesday! I drive from Gilbert to this store because of the great service

Staff (Mike King) was very helpful and forthright. Waiting lounge was comfortable and stocked with options. A very satisfying experience being 1600 miles from home.

Friendly crew. Very easy to work with . Blaise is a great young man destined for big things . Appreciate the hard work Justin put in to make the deal and Mark was a straight shooter and great to deal with, overlook the fact he was a steelers fan lol

The service rep was good. The people who worked on my truck didn’t tighten the oil plug and it leaked oil on my driveway. I was able to fix the issue and then I had a family emergency and had to leave town right after the service. I didn’t reach back out because all I would have gotten was a “We are sorry about that” response. It is very frustrating that you have to check and make sure they did their job right so you don’t end up with a damaged vehicle. The 5 star is for the service rep, the service tech is a 1 star.
