I have done several transactions not only with Platinum Home Mortgage but with others, and I can say that there is none better that Platinum. Their knoweledge of the financial market is key to take you thorough the process, specially when there are complex deal situations. A direct bank or Mortgage house would just not understand and tell you "no" while Platinum have more options to work with to get the deal done.
