Everett Rodriguez was amazing. Moving to Tennessee from California could have been difficult. Everett even went through the trouble to get his license for loans in Tennessee to help us. When it came time for closing and the title company dropped the ball and did not follow through however, we were in great hands Everett and his assistant’s went above and beyond by staying late and setting up everything we needed even though it was not his responsibility. Since refinancing 2x now going through Great Lakes Mortgage Financial has been great & Easy. I trust the team there & Bill Sassin is wonderful. He explains everything & if I do not understand he works with me till I do. Platnium Mortgage is great also, never had any issues.

Our loan was a long process due to trying to refi our 2nd home out of state, but the communication lines between everyone at the branch remained "open". We felt like our business was important to them and they followed through to the closing.
