Unbelievably great experience and I'm very jaded when it comes to car dealerships in Brooklyn. My saleswoman Amira, Peter in financing, and Phil the manager were very caring and flexible. I would use them on my next purchase without a second though.

Was offered a smack in the face deal by Dwayne, Camilo & another boss I think named Rob, that the dealership would pay the lease payment for 2 months as long as I REMOVE my review. This was the "best" they could do. DO NOT GIVE THESE SKETCHY PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. People deserve to know the truth. These people are heartless and have no empathy. Absolute CROOKS! Purchased a vehicle from them on 7/5. Turns out the parking sensor system doesn't work. Took the vehicle into the servicing department on 7/24 to have it looked at. That day, they told me that they needed to order a replacement part, that it should arrive in about 2 days, and that they'd call me once it arrived so I could bring my vehicle in to be fixed. 🤬Horrible experience top to bottom. Short version: they owe me $500 from the deposit I put down on a car and never bought. After the world's worst sales experience, I spent two and a half months trying to get my own money back. This is literally the WORST customer service experience I've ever had. I've spent hours on the phone and e-mailing trying to get my money back. These people are either incompetent or incredibly shady, and either way I'd say avoid this place like the goddamn plague. Worst service ever mechanic tell u 1 thing them try to hustle u out cash after u pay for a 2 years warranty plan be careful with the slick talks my car less than 2 weeks off their lot and already problems give me a loaner car and that break down after a week too it’s just frustrating that u have to take days off of work running behind them to get your car fix this is another day I have to stay home from work with no pay going back and forth with them
