Had a worst dealership at plaza Honda. The sale person is nice and responsive. After we made a deal and finished the insurance process, we spent like 3 hours to wait for the finance person. When the finance person talked about the contract, the price was added $3k something because I need to pay for the maintenance service plan. Having a horrible experience dealing with Plaza Honda. Returned my lease on April 10th and they still haven’t closed out my account. When corporate Honda tries to call them to confirm it was returned they still don’t answer or call back. I tried calling them numerous times myself and just get transferred around and disconnected. The service department was very unhelpful to me today. I just purchased a new 2019 Honda in FL last week Friday but my windshield fluid wasn’t working in the front even though it worked in the back. I had previously leased 2 new Hondas from them so I was a customer there. I was informed that I needed an appointment for an urgent situation. Plaza Honda appears to be running a scam. The company leases new vehicles but does not turn in paperwork from cars coming off lease. This leaves the customer responsible for a vehicle no longer in their possession. I would think twice before leasing a car from this company.

My first time having to lease a car since my husband passed 1 month and a half ago. The first meeting went well I thought with the new salesman and his manager. Told him I would be back with my son-in-law today at 4pm. everything started out well. Took a test drive, loved the Honda Civic.
