Had an 8:30 am appointment for oil change and maintenance of my vehicle, which took over 3Hours.
I had very bad experience. Bought new honda pilot with reference on higer interest rate .
To get your car serviced even with an 11AM appt don't expect to get home at least to 4PM. Went for oil change, windshield wipers, and tire rotation. Mechanics standing all over the place and doing absolutely nothing
I'm very pregnant and very serious about getting a car for our growing family . Tonight was the SECOND TIME my husband and I scheduled a test drive for the Honda Odyssey . One would assume that if you schedule an appointment for a specific time then the car would be somewhat ready to drive- with a salesperson . No . Went there with my family on Sunday to buy/lease a vehicle. I went up to the reception desk and the receptionist was busy talking to someone, so it took some time to get her attention. Two salespeople were at the reception desk who completely ignored us. She told us someone would help... no one ever came. We waited and eventually flagged someone down to help us, who did so grudgingly. Don't go there. They treat you well until you go to the Kevin, the finance manager. Long story short, i requested for a cancellation but he CURSED me out, got up to my face until I video taped him. Told me to get the F*** out of his office. If you want to be treated like dirt, go to Plaza Honda. If you want people to belittle you go to Honda plaza. Save yourself the trip.
I will not purchase a car from this dealership ever again & I will not recommend anyone to do the same, purchase a vehicle and the price on the vehicle was one price with my trade in n the payoff and thy put on items on my price i knew nothing about until after the fact, and the end of my transaction i was up by 20.000 more from the original price, and when i try to rectify the situation i keep getting the run around, thy can't explain to me the extra items n warranty on the contracts.
