The service was excellent!
Poor service, unprofessional workers. I was told it would take two hours and I have been here for 3 hours. Something that should have taken an hour has now reached 2 hours. Called made an appointment told I would wait for my car only to find out when I got here that they didn't have the parts. Not only did I take a day off from work to have this done I have to come back, asked to speak to a manager and have yet to see one. Honda plaza technicians are the worst. Took my civic in for a airbag recall and they told me to junk my car. Now I have airbag light that comes on thanks to this place. Will never go here again.
Went to plaza honda. Wss looking to buy. Poor customer service. Like to thank Steve shumel, No help at all. He said they don t talk price. whatever the msrp states. Told us they don't help you finance. Bring in cash or check and you can have your car. He said he been working there for 22 yrs. He sells car left and right. The CRV sell quick. If you don't buy it someone will. Great customer service. I'll never forget his attitude. He must be the top seller. So now ill be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you... read more
They don't pick up their phone and overcharge for certain things
Nice friendly staff, very cooperative and responsive however the mechanics moves at a snails pace and maybe because it was a Saturday, it seems the appointment scheduling was overbooked, so the wait for an oil change was five hours 😩
