John, who came out was excellent, but the bill was not. He let us know what was wrong, which was tree roots had broken through the pipe line. The cost of the repair was wayyyyyy too high!!! Although they offered financing. My advice to anyone if you have a sewer main line blockage, call your local sewer company first. In our case, we called them after Plumb Pro, and it actually sat on their side of the line, and it was fixed and paid for by our county. when Jim came to talk about the job, he was very personable. He sent two qualified guys to find the problem. They re-routed the hot water line thru the attic to the bathrooms and kitchen. They were very professional and very determined to get the best job completed. I would certainly hire them again.
Very quick response, the operations manager came out because he knew it was a emergency situation. Everyone was polite, professional, prompt, and Jim did the installation was like having a trusted family member around. I can't say enough nice things about the entire transaction and the cost was within my expectations.
