I was pleased. The technician arrived when he was scheduled, he had the necessary parts andcompleted the job quickly and thoroughly.

Plumb Pro was the only plumber in the area to even respond to my inquiry. I contacted half a dozen different companies. They called the morning of to update me and let me know that the technician was on his way and he was on-time. The technician, Jim was friendly and professional. He was able to give me and estimate in minutes and complete the project in just a few hours. I would highly recommend Plumb Pro!!!

Ask for Jim. They delivered a competitive bid for the job and the technician, Jim, even went the extra mile (BEFORE I ACCEPTED THE BID) to turn off the water so that there would be no further damage. In addition, he inspected the area and diagnosed a dangerous gas problem . He immediately shut that off. Again, this is before we accepted his bid! Scheduling was a breeze. The company's and technician's customer service is excellent, very professional, prompt and friendly. PlumbPro just earned a loyal customer.

appreciated the owner coming out the first day to "walk" the repiping of my house with the two installers, rick and jay. they were all very professional and dedicated to ensuring a smooth repipe with a minimum of holes in the walls. thank you!

Chuck was professional in explaining the issues we had and gave us our options. He was patient with our questions while we made our decisions and the work was completed quickly, with more work planned next week. The experience with this company from the first call to the main office has been absolute perfection, turning a critical home nightmare into a bright Disney production.

They called to make sure it was okay to come early to the appointment which was great. Efficiently and professionally assessed the problem and confirmed that there was no leak from the plumbing. While here, I engaged them to replace a failing seal on a toilet. This was done quickly and cleanly. Great work! I would recommend them for all your projects.
