There was no charge for the technician to come out and determine that I didn't have a water leak. My leak was coming from ground water from all the rain we have had coming thru a hole in my foundation that had been drilled to stub out a pipe for a future hose bib in my back yard. Highly recommend Plumb Pro.

This company over-delivered. They were prompt and installed exactly what they said they would. It turns out that the gas pipe installation had to be changed slightly when I called them back to install my gas stove. They made the change without increasing the quoted price of the job. The technician was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. It had gotten late in the day by the time he arrived, and I could not accomodate a schedule change due to work restrictions at my job. I won't know if what they did really worked until I get my next month's water bill. But I have to say, overall, the experience was a good one. They were the first to answer my request and were willing to set up an appointment based on my time constraints. The technician was friendly and seemed to know his trade. However, they were almost 2 hours late. I have no issues with this because I assume they were taking their time finishing the job correctly before mine. Technician was prompt and personable. We discussed the situation, he prepared an estimate of our repair options, and started work as soon as we'd made our selection on a course of action. We would definitely call Plumb Pro again.
