Definitely ask for Jim. I had a long standing leak repaired in my master bath. He also fixed a water pressure issue, installed a sink fixtured and found a similar problem under my spare bath - he fixed that too. He was detailed in his explanations and provides excellent customer service. Jim is definitely a tech to trust and I would absolutely hire Plumb Pro again!.

Found Plumb-Pro on the internet, the day has almost ended. Plumb-Pro had 3 technicians in the Summerville area, Jim was the first one that responded. I was surprised that he said he would come that evening on his way home. I thought I would get someone for the next day. So I will say he is very sufficient came with a friendly attitude. Had to drain the water heater & replace both elements plus what else was needed. He was very professional, showed and explained why it needed replaced. The water got hot & all tested good.
