I had virtually no water pressure in my house. I have a well. After one phone call with the original installer, and two unanswered emails asking for a date he could come service my well, I looked on Home Advisor for a new company to service my well. Jim came out at 7:45 at night and stayed until almost 10 to inspect everything and to get my water temporarily going again. After discussing my options I opted for a new, more modern well system. unable to fix my pump without a total replacement and the cost was prohibitive
They were quick to turn up, offered a variety of options, and did some of the work as promised. Some of the work was not performed as promised, however. I was not present when the work was done, and I feel they took advantage of that by telling my older mother what they wanted to do instead of what we had agreed to do the day before. Thus a lot of the work was not as promised. Now, six months later, the toilet needs fixing again.

They came real fast when I told them that we had trouble getting the water to turn off and that the toilet was over flowing.
My appointment was for 10 AM ,called office at 11:30 to check on status and was told they had no knowledge of my appointment, may be a problem with Home Adviser. Received a call back to say there must have been a computer error and they would get to me soon. Plumber showed up at 1:30, wanted to charge 265.00 to install a new flapper. I could do this for time and a$10.00 part from Lowes, I have done this.
