They were friendly, on time and did a good job...but they were very pricey as I found out by researching what I should have paid for this relatively simple job. I should have let the other guy who called at least offer his estimate before moving forward and I may have saved quite a bit, but the service rep from this company was also a great salesman and was all ready to get the job started. Overall, I'm happy with the job.

Charles was an excellent plumber to deal with. He negotiated a full service contract, which covered the labor for our initial installation as well as set us up for annual inspections. The main repair of our Rannai units gave us full hot water for the first time in a year. It was not cheap, but it was worth the investment in having plumbing that works throughout the house.

The way is overpriced. I paid over 800, for a 2,00 gasket I should have done it myself.
Tech showed up on time and worked with the cabinet company to make sure the new gas line was placed where it need to be and was not in their way
They charged too much.
