Great company; great plumbers.
Initially the Techs tried to repair kitchen sink faucet. The needed part was not available in local area. I decided to replace faucet and Techs accompanied me to Lowe's to insure item was correct fixture for that sink. After install, faucet was tested for proper function and not leaking. They cleaned up before leaving and Covid health procedures were followed from arrival to departure. Excellent service.
Custer service was informative and pleasant, service was prompt and very efficient, fairly priced and very professional. Service employees prompt and pleasant. I highly recommend.
Nice company. Wasnâ t told about the amount of the service fee upfront. The representative I spoke to listen to the recording and she confirmed I wasnâ t informed upfront. I would still use them in the future. It was just an oversight when I placed the initial service call.
They were on time, fixed the problem & then checked All the plumbing in or house to insure that there were no other potential problems. And gave us a military discount. Highly recommend!!
This is not the first time I have hired PlumbPro for projects around our house, and I won't be the last. I had several small items to be done,, a toilet install, new sink fixture install and a shower head installation. Anthony and Justin were very professional, prompt and courteous, and completed the items in a very timely fashion. Anthony mentioned perhaps replacing our water heater due to age and we agreed to the installation of a tankless system. I can't say enough good things about PlumbPro.
