HhE AND ANOTHER MAN INSTALLED A NEW RHEEM 50 GALLON UNIT. GREAT POSPLE AND THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING WHEN OVER. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A RATE THAT WAS $300.00 LES THAN THE NEXT PERSON. IT'S STILL VERY PRICES....BUT I NEEDED IT IMMEDIATELY.
Not only did they do a good job but the customer service was incredible. You don't find that much nowadays.
They were efficient and quick in clearing the clogged drains.
Bill is a master plumber. We hired him to "correct" the mistakes made by the previous firm. We received a citation from Centerpoint Energy, after reporting what we thought was a gas leak. Turns out, the brand new heater we had installed had not been done so properly. We're lucky the 55 gallon heater didn't cause an explosion ! That's when we called Bill's company. Came out on a Saturday in less than an hour from my call. Got the snake out and found our sewer main was OK but the main hub was cracked and had tree roots. Will need to get the city involved but Bill did a fantastic job and got our sewer working again. All star company will keep them hand for the future!!
