I was there personally on that job. Her ac line was cut down to low when the AC contractor installed her new AC in the attic. I personally crawled through the attic on my hands and knees to clean this line. The drain line coming from the ac unit in the attic is running up hill, totally installed wrong. Then the contractor actually cut two inches off of the p trap system that the ac drains into. The cut pipe still lying there in the attic.
