This is our go to PM pediatrics and normally we are quite happy. Although the NP was nice she was a bit dismissive I’m grateful she knew what the rash was my daughter had but I expressed other things and all that was said was she seems fine may be the starting of something ok well she’s achy and tired maybe check for flu to rule it out. Or even ask is if we wants to check for anything else nope and it wasn’t busy at that time.

We made an appointment for 12pm. It was a packed waiting room with nowhere to sit and we were not called in until 1:20pm. The waiting experience was terrible. However once we were in an exam room all of the staff was exceptional and fantastic with my child.

The medical team was very helpful and interacted great with my child. Even though the walk in appointment wait was very long, the office visibly moved quicker to see patients

The care at the facility was good. Got an appointment quickly online, headed over, didn’t wait for too long. They were very patient with my screaming 4 year old while screamed about his ear pain. They showed him kindness, gave him a lollipop, gave Motrin as soon as the exam was over. But after we left that level of care was done. I dropped him home with my husband and drove the 15 minutes out to Amityville for the 24 hour pharmacy, then waited there for an HOUR before the script was actually called over and filled.
