My 4 year old daughter needed stitches, just 3, but she was terrified of the procedure. My wife and I were obviously nervous and my wife was close to tears as well. The nurse and the nurse practitioner were thoughtful, caring, and they put all of us at ease. They talked to our daughter about her favorite movie, sang songs with her, and even created a "curtain" to block her from seeing what was happening. From scheduling my son’s appointment and through his whole visit, the staff was great! Front desk was very professional and showed compassion, nurse was amazing while cleaning his wound, and the provider really put him at ease with thorough explanation of the procedure he needed, when he was most scared. Every time I bring my daughter in, she gets the best care. From the front desk to the clinical staff, I have no complaints. Also, shout out to Alexis! She is literally the baby whisperer. She was able to calm and put to sleep my newborn while I went to the restroom.
