Attending physician was attentive and kind towards child. Considered underlying concerns on top of acute issue. Facility was clean. Recommend reserving a spot online in advance.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Facilities are nice, as well as staff. Wait times were more than expected in every aspect. Lobby, waiting room, etc. While they were able to xray my son and get the results quickly, their care and communication after that was lacking. They promptly told us to visit an ortho in the next couple of days to get a course of action. So we could have just skipped the urgent care? Seemed rushed on their end and quick to get us out, while the time we spent there was long.

First visit, the staff was very professional, kind and accommodating.
My son was seen for stitches after a late noght hockey game. Dr Dolan was patient and also skilled At closing his wound. We were in and out in a timely fashion and everyone was great!! Thank you!! MA and front desk staff also very warm and welcoming.
